Presentation

The middle school welcomes all students at the end of elementary school without a passing exam. It allows all students to be educated in a single setting.

  • The schooling at the college consists of four years: the 6th, 5th,4th and3rd.
  • Compulsory schooling is organized in three-year cycles, which give the necessary time to learn better. In middle school, 6th grade is the last year of cycle 3, the other levels constitute cycle 4.
N

6th grade: last year of cycle 3, consolidation cycle

The 6th grade class should allow students to adapt to the organization and life of the middle school, as well as to ensure the continuity of the learning undertaken in the first two years of the cycle in the CM1 and CM2 classes.
N

5th, 4th and 3rd grades: Cycle 4, the in-depth cycle

The objective is to allow students to develop skills in the various disciplines and in the cross-curricular pathways. The health education pathway, the artistic and cultural education pathway and the citizenship pathway offer students, adolescents who are experiencing a new relationship with themselves and with others, a framework for building, in a climate of confidence, the skills that are indispensable in the face of the abundance of new knowledge and new technologies, particularly digital. They should be able to approach interdisciplinary situations with personal and creative thinking while respecting the standards that are part of a common culture. At the end of the9th grade, students take the diplôme national du brevet.
