FLEXIBLE EDUCATION
What is FLEXIBLE EDUCATION?
Extracurricular activities are a source of well-being and an important vector for the development of the physical and mental health of young people. They allow them to discover and learn new skills, contribute to their academic success and give them the opportunity to be part of a group.
All sessions will take place at the LIFPA of Don Bosco Saint John with our certified teachers, after school (from 4pm to 6pm).
Dance
Our facility offers successful sports programs with Dance.
Classes will allow students to discover many dance styles including jazz, urban and world dance. Students will work on self-expression through movement, creativity, and an opening to the world of dance, rich in culture and diversity.
Theater
Our facility offers successful arts programs with the Theatre.
The workshops will introduce you to theatrical play through various exercises such as voice, breath, body expression, concentration, expression of feelings, improvisation. It is a collective adventure that allows everyone to explore the world of theatre as part of a real troupe, from the first readings to the performances.
Singing
It’s a great way to have a good time in a group, to socialize, and to experience musical emotions. This workshop is intended for students who want to learn to work on their vocal instrument and gain confidence, to sing, play or perform in front of an audience, either as a soloist or as part of the school choir.
Soccer/Futsal
France is a reference in soccer, with two world championship titles and a final in 2022. And Canada is a rising nation in soccer. Students will benefit from the expertise of certified educators who will work with them on the technical and tactical aspects of the sport. Engaging in competition will allow them to showcase their individual and team skills.
